When entering into university life, one of the first things students look for is a spot to study. Although there are many study spaces around the Brock campus, some students may prefer a change of scenery. St. Catharines is home to a variety of local coffee shops, many of which provide a peaceful atmosphere for studying. Whether you are looking for a cozy spot on campus, or a local business to try, this guide will provide you with a head start on finding your perfect study spot.

On Campus, James A. Gibson Library

For those looking for a place to hit the books on campus, the James A. Gibson Library has a spot for you. Study spaces are available to be booked for up to two hours at a time for student use. If you are interested in studying with your friends, group study rooms are available on floors two and five. Individual study rooms on the eighth floor can be booked for quiet study sessions, whereas those on the ninth and tenth floor are intended for silent studying.

Off Campus, Bright Pours Cafe
